Hello New York State FBLA! My name is Siddharth Ranganathan, and I am so excited to serve as your 2025-2026 State Reporter! I am very eager and excited to write about everything our state and your districts accomplishments this year!
I am a senior at Monroe-Woodbury High School, located in District 3N. My FBLA journey began during 6th grade at the middle level, where I became one of the countless individuals impacted by this amazing organization. I met so many amazing people who served as my rock and pillar along the way. Fast forward to my junior year, my interest in business and passion for community service was only even further ignited by FBLA. Not only did I gain invaluable collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, but I also developed confidence and forged friendships that will last a lifetime. As Reporter, I will be publishing four issues of The FBLA Express. This is New York State FBLA’s quarterly newsletter that accepts entries for all your chapters! My goals for this year are to increase the number of readers for The FBLA Express and make it mor engaging for FBLA members. I believe that the members of this great organization should be updated and notified in an engaging way so not only do they stay up to date but are also excited about what FBLA has to offer. New York State FBLA members more than qualify for their amazing achievements and the profound influence they have on their communities. I will be sending emails periodically asking for articles to include in each edition of our newsletter so that members can let New York know what their chapter has done to make a difference. So, keep an eye on your email because I want to hear your stories, your hopes, and your ambitions! If you would like your FBLA chapter to be represented in the Fall Edition of The FBLA Express, please submit articles and photos to reporter@nysfbla.org by October 1, as followed in the guidelines for the Write That Down POW.
